This historic collaboration of members of Ensemble-in-Residence the Manhattan Chamber Players and the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra brings you a rare performance of the original version of Igor Stravinsky’s quirky, macabre, and virtuosic “L’Histoire du Soldat” (“A Soldier’s Tale”) for chamber ensemble – complete with narration and chamber ensemble, all led by acclaimed conductor Joshua Gersen.
